Shriners Hospitals for Children® and the Astros Foundation are proud to team together to host six of the nation’s premier college baseball programs. The field for the 2021 Classic includes six Lone Star State programs, Texas A& M, Rice, Sam Houston State, TCU, Texas State and Texas Tech. The nine games will be played at Minute Maid Park, home of the Astros, from March 5-7, 2021. This event is regarded as one of the top collegiate baseball tournaments in the nation. Since 2001, the Shriners Hospitals for Children College Classic has hosted 32 different NCAA® Division-I baseball programs at Minute Maid Park, home of the Houston Astros. The nine-game, round robin tournament has hosted the number one team in preseason polls seven times in tournament history and has hosted two eventual NCAA College World Series Champions.
